Service Description

Participants are paid $45 per session: Development of an HIV Status Neutral Protocol The purpose of this project is to develop an HIV screening, prevention and care protocol using a status-neutral approach for a nurse-led primary care health setting. Jackson Health Family Health NP PLLC, is a nurse-led and owned primary care health facility located in Brighton, a town bordering the City of Rochester in Monroe County, NY. This health facility currently offers HIV testing and PrEP/PEP initiation, manage patients living with HIV and offer telehealth services. Current HIV services are provided on demand or following a chief complaint and assessment. This project is a quality enhancement project. We will be hosting 3 active listening sessions. The first session has a target population of CIS-GENDER FEMALE and Trans-Women. - Project staff: URMC Faculty, Gilead Sciences and Jackson's Health
