Those struggling with ADHD can find it difficult to multi-task and focus, excessive restlessness, impulsiveness, and other symptoms. ​​

*Must be a Primary Care Patient*

First Visit:

Establishment of care

Review Health History

Metabolic Work Up (labs)

Depression and Anxiety Screening

Second Visit:​

Review labs and address concerns
-
Assessment and Evaluation Tools

Third Visit: ​

Continue assessment
-
If needed, initiate mediations
​
**Evaluation does not guarantee diagnosis and/or treatment initiation. Complex mental
health disorders are referred to our psychiatric colleagues
​
Ongoing:
-
Monthly visits for first 6 months, when stable will go to every other month visits
