​​​​​​​Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common childhood disorders and is prevalent in many adults, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. Those struggling with ADHD can find it difficult to multi-task and focus, excessive restlessness, impulsiveness, and other symptoms. ​​

First Visit:

Establishment of care

Review Health History

Metabolic Work Up (labs)

Depression and Anxiety Screening

Second Visit:​

Review labs and address concerns

Assessment and Evaluation Tools

Third Visit: ​

Continue assessment
-
If needed, initiate mediations
​
**Evaluation does not guarantee diagnosis and/or treatment initiation. Complex mental
health disorders are referred to our psychiatric colleagues
​
Ongoing:
-
Monthly visits for first 6 months, when stable will go to every other month visits
​
