Mental Health Services

Mental health is an important part of your overall health. Through Jackson’s Health and Brighton Minds, eligible patients have access to integrated mental health services designed to complement their primary care.

Services include:

• Mental health screening and assessment

• Individual therapy

• Support for anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health concerns

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner consultations

• Psychiatric medication evaluation and management

• ADHD assessment and medication management

• Coordination between your primary care and mental health providers

Availability and eligibility for mental health services may vary. Some services require an established relationship with Jackson’s Health.

Telehealth Services

Many appointments can be completed conveniently through a Telehealth visit, allowing you to meet face-to-face with a healthcare provider online.

• Mental health screening

• Mental health therapy

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner appointments

• Mental health medication management

• ADHD assessment and medication management

• General medication management and follow-up

• Weight management
