We patients aged 17 and up, understanding their unique health needs and striving to optimize their wellness in a judgment-free environment. Your health and well-being are our top priorities!
Thank you for choosing our practice for your healthcare needs. We prioritize same-day sick visits and appointments for acute issues to ensure timely care for all our patients. Please be mindful that missed and canceled appointments can affect others; if you need to make changes, we kindly ask for 24-48 hours notice. Note that a $25 fee applies for missed appointments, and after three no-show instances, we may need to discharge you from our practice. Rest assured, we will continue to fill essential medications for up to 60 days.

We are now accepting NYSHIP Empire Plan, Aetna, MVP, MVP option, CIGNA, United Healthcare, Tricare, Emblem Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Choice, Excellus, Fidelis, Anthem, Independent Care, Highmark, Humana, Medicaid Managed Plans and Medicare!

If you do not see your insurance plan, please notify our team and we can possibly add your insurance carrier!
